We engaged DM Builders for 2 major renovations on our 1920’s Queenslander, and have been absolutely delighted with the results. There are not many builders who can cope with the extensive level of problem solving required to harmonise additions to this style of architecture, but Dean, Mark and Ben did a fantastic job on both occasions. The quality of their workmanship was consistently of very high standard, with no shortcuts, their fees were competitive and based on detailed quotations, with no surprises during or after. They were at all times polite and honest, and quite frankly were a pleasure to deal with. Their bathroom, kitchen and tiling work is awesome!!! DM builders have now done some major alterations for me at Raby Bay (see photos) the house was gutted and extended by 2 metres, putting on a new roof and major pergolla internal walls were moved new kitchen and bathrooms, during the alterations we were still able to live in the house, due to Dean cleaning up every day to the extent you would not know were he was working.
The quality of workmanship is of the highest order to the extent that other builders and trades people in the area visited the site reguarly to ask questions.
Dean has just completed a 2nd alteration for me and I would have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone.
